Bayswater is a home that can accommodate up to 10 guests but we have priced it so two people or more can book it and get the advantage and space of a large home but not pay for what they would not use. All we do is lock off rooms that won’t be used.
For example, a couple staying will have the Master Bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom and the entire first floor – heaps of space. With two couples, one couple will have the Master Bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and the second couple will have the second bedroom with their own bathroom adjacent and so on with another two bedrooms and two singles in the downstairs lounge area. Bayswater Holiday House Rates:
The Rates below are for 2 people
Extra Guests are $50 per person per night
Infants (under 3s) are free and don’t need to be included in the numbers.
There will also be an additional house cleaning charge per booking of $80.00
Towels and Linen are complimentary
| 1st May to 30th September | $450 per night 2 guests minimum 2 nights |
| 1st October to 20th December | $500 per night 2 guests minimum 2 nights |
| 21st December to 31st January | $550 per night 2 guests minimum 2 nights |
| 1st February to 30th April | $500 per night 2 guests minimum 2 nights |
We will respond to your email enquiry and confirm your dates and advise the total cost of the accommodation.
Our payment terms are 50% payment on booking the accommodation and the balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
We have two methods of payment.
(i) You can pay by internet banking directly into our BNZ bank account – account number: 02-0100-0192003-025 or
(ii) You can pay by credit card – Mastercard or Visa only – ring us and give us your credit card details over the phone (best for security reasons) – Call Chester +64 (0) 21 964 873
Payment Policy
• 50% on booking accommodation.
• Balance 30 days prior to arrival date.
• If booking time less than 30 days from arrival date — payment in full on booking accommodation is required.
Cancellation Policy:
• 30 days or more prior to arrival Full Refund.
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival No Refund.
*However – if between 30 days and your original arrival day we are able to re-book all or part of your booking we will refund you the days re-booked, less a 10% cancellation fee

Check-out: By 11am

Absolutely! All children are welcome. We are more than happy to also accommodate infants and a port-a-cot and a highchair are available.
Pets are welcome at Bayswater but only at the owner’s discretion so please contact us for more information.
Yes, we welcome groups, workshops, and other gatherings.
Please note that we are not suitable for “hen” or “stag party” weekend away.
As Bayswater assure you to reconnect with yourself, your family, or your friends by taking a complete break and enjoying the simple things in life – eating together, swimming in the sea, kayaking, taking walks on the beach, hiking through the countryside, cycling the twin coast or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a book.
